Monthly bookkeeping is $449 per month, billed monthly with no annual lock-in. Tax preparation is $2,000 per year and tax planning is $5,000 per engagement, both available as annual add-ons for active bookkeeping clients. Catch-up bookkeeping (if your books are behind) is a separate one-time engagement at $349 per month of cleanup.
Cleared is built for high-earning 1099 professionals: independent consultants, agency owners, fractional executives, and private-practice psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists. Most clients are netting $150,000 or more in business profit. We work with clients nationwide from our Arizona base — fully remote.
A bookkeeper records transactions and produces financial statements. A CPA is a credentialed accountant who can audit and prepare tax returns. An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a federally-licensed tax practitioner who can represent clients before the IRS. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) is credentialed in financial planning. Cleared is led by Raman Singh, who holds both EA and CFP credentials and integrates all four functions under one roof.
Most fragmented arrangements break at the handoffs: the bookkeeper records income, the CPA sees it months later, the planner is looped in at year-end if at all. By that point, the S-corp election window has closed, the Q4 estimate is wrong, and retirement contributions were not optimized.
